Peter Chiusole

The artist Peter Chiusole has realised a small wooden house in which people are invited to enter. Inside there is a bench and a small iron stove where you can light a fire and observe the lake from the window. The natural border between the elements is poetically stressed by the frame of the fire inside and the water outside. The view of the lake is preset and defined by the artist. The result is a different way of perceiving nature.

"Les Ćialdires" close to the Longiarü valley is one of those hidden, isolated places where you can still come into contact with the forces and energy of nature, lifting an otherwise ordinary day, even if just for a few minutes. Myths and legends are often rooted in the vicinity of rivers and lakes, and not just in the Ladin valleys. Anyone lucky enough to enjoy these mystical places today cannot fail to appreciate that we live in an exciting world of wonder.
